We manufacture mufflers for use in industrial machines such as forklifts, tractors etc., and construction machines such as wheeled loaders, shovel loaders etc. By standardizing parts and processes while manufacturing multiple parts on a small-scale, we are able to supply products that satisfy the performance requirements of customers with the minimum investment.

Exhaust pipes for industrial machines and construction machines such as shovel loaders, forklifts etc. We can produce a great variety of exhaust pipes up to a maximum pipe size of φ101.6, including pipes fitted with flexible tubes to absorb vibration in the middle of the pipe, pipes fitted with heat guards for insulation purposes to prevent burn injuries to users, etc.

Air intake pipes for industrial machines and construction machines such as shovel loaders, forklifts etc. As much as possible, a single structure has been adopted for parts fitted in the upstream region of the engine. In order to achieve this single structure, we use special processing machines to expand and compress the pipes at both ends.

Mufflers for use in industrial power generators. The front is coated with a black, heat resistant coating.

Power transmission pulleys in small-scale cultivators, lawnmowers, snow removers etc. The main body of the pulley in contact with the V-belt has an integrated shape formed by press and metal spinning processes.
